The Raj Collection

The Raj Collection opened its doors in October 2001 at the Gateway Theatre of Shopping. The response from the public was just phenomenal and this little store of 30sq metres has grown into a world-class showroom with its flagship store in Gateway being around 200 sq metres.

The consumer can shop with confidence, peace of mind and take solace in the fact that should they have a change of heart or should there be a problem with the garment, there would be a friendly Raj Collection team member to assist.

We have a few factories that manufacture exclusively for us, under contract. In this way we have managed to remove the middle man and pass that savings directly onto the consumer. We are one of the few stores that boast of a reduction in prices in real terms in spite of increases in the Exchange and Interest rates.

We receive consignments of new designs on a regular basis - sometimes even weekly. This places our customers at the front with the movers and shakers of the Fashion World. This also makes for very interesting viewing for the Fashion watchers and browsers. The latter are especially welcomed at our stores as they are an incredible source of `word of mouth advertisement' .

We offer a whole host of services like Lay-Byes, Custom made orders and designs, Alterations, Fashion tips and Matching accessories. We have recently started importing musical instruments and statues as well. These are retailed similarly to the garments - excellent quality at down to earth prices.

We have also , for the convenience of customers, established branches in Chatsworth, Verulam and Tongaat.
